Puberty in the growth of a human being is the most active phase; at this point the body experiences lots of changes and one can take advantage of this phase in order to make great growth spurts in height. At this point in one’s life one probably eats a lot and it happens to be the perfect opportunity of making the consumed foods work for one. A strong body is important for growth in height since it is supported by having a strong core thus one should think of getting into sports. Basic body building exercises such as sit-ups, crunches, squats and press ups work towards the formation of a strong core that will support one in the increment of one’s height.
